Course content

The course aims to give an introduction to behavioural economics, giving students the basic concepts regarding experimental method applied to social sciences. Each topics provides an insight into the role played by irrationality in affecting human decisions, with specific focus on economic domain.

It provides the critique of behavioural economics to the standard neoclassical theories. A main goal consists in learning the various methodologies adopted by behavioral researchers such as laboratory experiments, empirical analysis, interviews and theoretical models.
